Registration Fees
This year the registration fee is $275 and can be paid by credit card using the on-line secure system attached to this site; or by sending a check made payable to the Children’s Medical Mission of Haiti, 925 Hertzler Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
The registration fee includes the cost of the meeting rooms, five meals (dinner/Monday; breakfast, lunch and dinner/Tuesday; breakfast/Wednesday), coffee breaks, and helps to defray other costs of the meeting such as the cost of bringing the Haitian delegation to Miami. Please contact the hotel directly by April 9 to reserve your room (see below).

You can reserve a room for your stay online at www.wyndhamhotelmia.com. On the website, click on reservations located just below The Wyndham logo at the top left of the page. You can also call the hotel directly to make reservations. To receive special group rates for the Haiti Connection conference, use the Group Code 0423394HAI.
Deadline for hotel reservations is Monday, April 9. After that date, hotel rooms for the conference are dependent upon general availability. Please say that you are attending the Haiti Connection Conference in order to receive the conference room rate. Hotel room rates are as follows:
Single Room: $119 per night
Double Room: $149 per night
The hotel will honor these room rates before and after the conference, from Saturday, April 21 through Thursday, April 26.
